Stopping smoking is one of the best things we can do to improve our health. When we stop, we give our lungs the chance to function better and improve our breathing.

The least effective method is to try to quit unaided (going 'cold turkey'). You're three times more likely to quit with our free support than if you go it alone. By using the support that's right for you, you'll be boosting your chance of success.

Our free smoking cessation service provides one-to-one support with one of our Health & Wellbeing Coaches over 12 weeks. Face-to-face (selected locations) and telephone consultations are available. Seeing your coach in person, gives you the opportunity to check levels of carbon monoxide.

You will set a quit date and make a plan that will help you achieve it. You will get lots of support and motivation from your Health & Wellbeing Coach.
