Beginner Pilates

Beginner Pilates is a gentle exercise class designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, enhance balance and increase flexibility.

It’s an excellent workout option, even for those with injuries or health conditions. No equipment is required, and there’s an option to use a chair for added support.

Low Impact Beginners Circuits

Low Impact Beginners Circuits, this class is perfect for beginners or those returning to exercise, offering an effective workout.

It features a series of low-impact exercises aimed at enhancing cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility.

Each circuit includes a mix of light cardio, bodyweight exercises and stretching, all done at a manageable pace.

WalkFit

WalkFit is an indoor exercise class. A fun, beginner-friendly way to increase your steps and heart rate.

Our new low-impact aerobic exercise class is a welcoming, easy-paced studio class to move more, feel great and boost your fitness.

With simple, low-impact routines, this short 45 minute class is to upbeat music to keep you motivated, has easy-to-follow steps and in a friendly, supportive community environment.

Perfect for beginners looking to build stamina, increase fitness and increase daily activity.

Ramblers Wellbeing Walks

Ramblers Wellbeing Walks- Everybody Health & Leisure is working with passionate volunteers, who have been trained to provide weekly short walks in the town centres and rural areas of Cheshire East to help local residents get out, increase activity levels and socialise in a safe environment.

These short walks are accessible to all, particularly people who are looking to increase their activity.

  • Tuesdays- 10:30am – 11:00am – Crewe Lifestyle Centre, Moss Square, Crewe CW1 2BB
  • Wednesdays- 10:00am – 11:15am- Poynton, Every fortnight, Jacksons Brickworks Local Nature Reserve.

Intro to Gym

Intro to Gym- A beginners 12-week small group exercise programme offering the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of gym training in a supportive and friendly environment. Exercise in a gym environment in a small group setting.

Every class is led by a qualified instructor dedicated to guiding you every step of the way. Learn how to safely and effectively use free weights, bodyweight movements, cardio machines and more.

No experience necessary – Each exercise is tailored to your fitness level, ability and designed for beginners. Gain confidence using gym equipment and learning different workout styles.

Move it or Lose it

Would you like to be more active make friends, have fun, feel energised or healthier?

Move it or Lose it is the ideal exercise class for you! The classes have been developed by experts to help you to improve your flexibility, aerobic health and balance for greater strength. All the exercises can be carried out seated or standing, depending on your ability.

Pickleball for Beginners

Pickleball for Beginners is a fully inclusive sport, perfect for adults 18 years and above and ideal for all abilities. A chance to meet new people and play against other participants.

A great way of keeping active, improving confidence and developing your game. Or maybe you are looking to try something new?

We will match up players, explain the rules and what’s most important, no experience is needed, it’s all about having fun, there is no league or competition.
