Do you want to quit for good?

Stopping smoking improves your health and the health of people around you. Every year more and more people quit smoking and enjoy the benefits of better health

The least effective method is to try to quit unaided (going 'cold turkey'). You're three times more likely to quit with our free support than if you go it alone. By using the support that's right for you, you'll be boosting your chance of success.

6 free 20-30 minute sessions

Work one-to-one with a health & wellbeing coach to quit for good

Session

About the course

Our free smoking cessation service provides one-to-one support with one of our Health & Wellbeing Coaches over 12 weeks. Face-to-face (selected locations) and telephone consultations are available. Seeing your coach in person, gives you the opportunity to check levels of carbon monoxide.

You will set a quit date and make a plan that will help you achieve it. You will get lots of support and motivation from your Health & Wellbeing Coach.

Your Health & Wellbeing Coach will be able to tell you about nicotine replacement products and other stop smoking medicines. They can also recommend which product or combination of products could work for you.

We use a proven mix of encouraging behavioural support and Nicotine Replacement Therapy (eligibility applies) to help you to quit, and stay quit for good.

Who is our programme suitable for?

Our Stop Smoking Service is suitable for anybody who currently smokes and wishes to quit for good. If you live within Cheshire East and are motivated to stop smoking, our qualified Health Coaches can help you to quit in line with National Centre for Smoking Cessation and Training (NCSCT) framework.
