Who is our Move More programme suitable for?

Our programme is suitable for anyone who is either new to exercise or hasn’t exercised in a while.

Our 12 week programme will help you to start a new exercise routine and will initiate both a lifestyle and behaviour change.

We provide low impact exercise classes in a range of formats such as aerobic exercises, body conditioning classes and outdoor walking groups.

This is not a weight loss class more general fitness, recovery and focus on pelvic floor routine as opposed to a higher intense exercise class.

Walking group

Our Walking Groups have stopped for the winter months and will resume in January. Please check back for more information on times and locations.

Our Health Coaches are looking forward to taking people out on guided walks around Cheshire East!

Our walks are in large open space areas with flat ground. We have 2 different types of walks available range from 45 minutes to longer walks, which can be up to 75 minutes long. Your Health Coach will help you decide which one to try at the start.

The walks are held all around Cheshire East and are a great way to meet new people in your local area whilst getting active.

Our walks are roughly 1 hour.

Beginner walks – Suitable for people who have not walked much before, are looking to be more active, or are returning from injury or illness and may require walking aids. They are between 30-45 minutes on flat ground or gentle slopes with mainly firm surfaces and no steps or stiles.

Intermediate walks – Suitable for people who are looking to increase their activity levels. They are between 45 – 75 minutes and may include some moderate slopes, steps and uneven surfaces.

Bootcamps

Beginner Bootcamps are currently paused for the winter months. Please check back in the New Year for more information on times and locations.

Designed for people who are new to exercise or haven’t exercised in a while, for people who want to increase their fitness, have fun, and socialise. This programme is aimed at encouraging people to try something new who have little to no experience in bootcamps. Our qualified instructor Sam will teach you all you need to know and guide you through the session. Weather you would like to try a little bit of running or happy just walking, all beginners welcome.”
